Terms of Service

Welcome to A440 Creative LLC. By booking a Production Intensive or using our website, you agree to the following terms:

1. Service Definition A440 Creative LLC provides real-time WordPress production and optimization services. A "Production Intensive" is a 4-hour dedicated block of time. While we aim for maximum output, specific results depend on the state of the client's existing infrastructure and provided access.

2. Booking & Payment Sessions are reserved via our booking system and officially secured only upon the successful payment of the provided Stripe Invoice. A440 Creative LLC reserves the right to release unconfirmed slots if invoices are not settled within two (2) hours of receipt.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations: Due to the dedicated nature of these blocks, sessions cancelled less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable.

  • Rescheduling: We allow one (1) reschedule per session, provided at least 48 hours' notice is given.

4. Access & Security The client agrees to provide temporary administrative access to the necessary WordPress and hosting environments. A440 Creative LLC agrees to use this access solely for the duration of the production block and recommends that clients change their passwords immediately following the session.

5. Limitation of Liability A440 Creative LLC is not liable for data loss or site downtime occurring on the client's server. Clients are responsible for maintaining a full backup of their website prior to the start of the production session.
